Q. Where should I purchase my gown?
A. Where you buy your gown is important...experience and financial stability matter. Ask as many past brides as you can about what stores they visited and how they were treated. You'll get a good idea as to which salons will go the extra mile to meet your needs.
Q. My wedding is a year away, what is the advantage of ordering my gown so far in advance?
A. Aside from bridal designers needing significant time to deliver your gown, ordering your gown well in advance will give you the peace of mind that a major decision is taken care of and the process has begun. Another advantage is that the decisions that follow will be much easier to make knowing exactly what you will be wearing.
Q. Who should I bring when shopping for my Wedding dress?
A. We advise that you bring along a maximum of two guests. usually, this is your mother and best friend. Someone whose opinion you value. We have a sitting area for your guests in our bridal suite. We also advise that children under 12 have other accommodations made. They typically grow restless during the long appointment.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Just yourself. You are welcome to bring any pictures you may have for ideas but this is not necessary. We will provide you with everything you need for your visit.

A. Our formal gowns are priced from $400.00- $2000.00. destination gowns begin at $175.00.

A. We accept Cash, Check, Visa , MasterCard and Discover.
Q. Why do some internet prices differ from those in your shop?
A. Though some internet pricing seems enticing, you'll find that you get what you pay for when comparing the services offered. The Bridal Shop provides you with a bridal bag, presses your dress twice ( once when it arrives and once before your wedding) and stores your gown and accessories until the wedding day. By purchasing from at The Bridal Shop, you have the luxury of trying on several styles, getting assistance in choosing your size and having your questions answered. Plus, The Bridal Shop is a one-stop salon where you'll find a wide selection of bridesmaids dresses, jewelry, shoes, undergarments, tuxedos and wedding day accessories. The Bridal Shop will match prices, but we also match services. We will match an Internet price, but we will not include the amenities you would receive by purchasing it at full price from our salon.
Q. I am a plus size. Do you have any gowns I can try on in my size?
A. Yes! we have a significant selection of gowns to choose from.
Q. Can I buy a gown off the rack?
A. Yes, absolutely. if we have a dress that fits you and you want to buy it the day of your visit, you are more than welcome to do so.
Q. How long does it take when ordering a dress?
A. Generally, wedding gowns take about three to four months to arrive in our store. Bridesmaids gowns usually take 10-12 weeks. We usually estimate a week for shipping time, and then your dress will arrive in our store. most companies do offer a Rush Production for an extra fee. This means the company will regard your order as a top priority and cut the dress faster than normal order time. You will still need to estimate a week for shipping time before the dress arrives in our store.
Q. What size should I get?
A. Bridal sizes usually differ from regular dress sizes. your bridal consultant will take your measurements and compare those to the size chart of the company you will be purchasing from, if possible, you are welcome to try on a similar size from that company to get an idea of the size you will need. Most dresses that arrive in our store will need to be altered in some way. By taking your measurements, we are simply trying to find a size that will need the least amount of alterations. Our bridal consultants can help you choose a size, but the final decision on size is yours.
Q. What king of deposit is required to place an order?
A. A 50% deposit is required to place an order on any bridal attire.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. No All sales are final.
Q. Do you do alterations?
A. No, we don't do alterations. We do recommend a seamstress who has her own shop that is open six days a week.
Q. Do I have to pick up my dress when it arrives?
A. No, you are welcome to leave your gown with us on premises for as long as you wish. your gown will be safely protected in our on-premise Bridal Vault.
